Meeting. 2012. Plasticine, pencils, window frame with glass, window sill. Courtesy of the artists

Utopia is a plant intended for the autonomous existence of the artists within it. Within the plant is all you need: workshops for artists of different media, lecture theatres, exhibition and sports halls, cinemas, platforms for the free expression of political views, parks, libraries and so on. Everything that artists have to do—permanent artistry. An artist can manage his time on his own. All interested persons are entitled to apply for a plant. Any person who considers himself an artist can fill out a questionnaire and enter the plant. Similar plants should be established in all countries. As a sample, the Krasnodar plant instrumentation (ZIP) was taken. The facade of the plant remains unchanged, but the internal planning and structure is completely redesigned for its new needs.

Meeting. Small white plasticine men are sticked on window glass. They are gathering into the shape of a triangle. On the sill there are small pieces of paper and pencils. A spectator may write his slogan and stick it to the little man.
